All orders are processed within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We currently ship to the UK only. Free shipping is available for over £25 to mainland UK, discount applied at checkout.

Shipping is £4 under £25 and will show pricing at checkout.

We offer local delivery in the EX16 area and this is an option at checkout if you are within range.

Our wax melts will last up to 10 hours per melt. This depends on the below:

• Type of burner you use - if the burner you use is not suitable for wax melts it may burn the scent off quicker than normal. We usually advise for 10cm between the well of the burner and the tea light.
• If a bigger (or smaller) tea light is used than a standard 4-hour tea light.
